The  Journey Of My Career Counselling Business and Service 

My name is Rajendra Kumar,

I am sixty years old

I live in Lucknow city in the state of  Uttar Pradesh in India.

I belong to a business family. My family business is of machinery parts,diesel engine,pumping set and other agricultural implements in Kaushambi district of Prayagraj Division in Uttar Pradesh.

I did my basic education upto class fifth from Kesharwani School and from class sixth to tenth from National Inter College in my home town Bharwari in Kaushambi district of Uttar Pradesh.I completed my intermediate education from City Anglo Vernacular and Bachlor of Science from Prayagraj University,Prayagraj.I did my post graduation in Philosophy from Shahu ji Maharaj University Kanpur city in Uttar Pradesh.

I did MBA in Human.Resource from IGNOU while I was doing my government job and posted at Jhansi. I consistently get in touch with my studies despite of my busy schedule of service and did Master in Public Administration from IGNOU while doing my job in Varanasi and Lucknow city of my state Uttar Pradesh.

I started my career with Banking service in the year 1983  and later on switched in Government Administrative Service in 1990 through State Civil Services Exams.I served in about twenty districts of my state and served the people specially rural people at large and get the formers benefitted with the government schemes and plans.

I completed my Government service in January 2023 and started  my career as a Career Counsellor. 

I have taken training for career counselling from Mindtech International,Surat,Gujrat,India. 

cam a certified DMIT Career Counsellor and provide my services presently to the needy parents  in searching  inborn talents, learning styles and multiple personalities of their children so that their parenting might become easy and without stress, I also provide my services to students and youths in the right selection of their subjects of higher studies and also for the right selection of job profile for them, I provide my services and help  to the Managers ,businessmen and corporates in searching right personnels for right job so that they can utilise employees’ talent in the better productivity and profit of their organisations,

This is all done with the help of impressions of finger prints taken with a scanner.

Finger prints patterns are then studied and a detailed reports are prepared with the help of a software. After report generation counselling sessions are done at least two times and proper guidance is provided to the concerned persons,corporates and parents’

Presently I am learning Digital Marketing from Digital Azadi School from Sandeep Bhansali sir.

I want to explore my services to more needy people in different part of our country and abroad with the help of digital marketing.
